Anxiety and Depression

Anxiety is often the result of being unable to control overwhelming thoughts and worries. It can stem from a dysregulated nervous system or the brain’s difficulty in managing feelings of nervousness. To address anxiety, we use a variety of effective strategies, including Mindfulness, Somatic Therapy, Hakomi, CBT, and EMDR approaches, each designed to help restore balance, calm the mind, and support long-term emotional well-being.

Depression is marked by feelings of sadness and hopelessness, which can feel overwhelming and long-lasting. It can be caused by environmental factors or biological influences, depending on the person and their situation. Effective treatments for depression include CBT, Mindfulness, and EMDR, which can help promote healing and emotional balance.
