Hello!
Presently, I am working on a child and adolescent addiction and mental health inpatient unit as a family counselor within Alberta Health Services. I have been in this role for the last ten years. It has allowed me to work with parents and their children with mental health issues. These are people from all cultural and ethnic backgrounds.

My desire is to create a safe and confidential place where people can talk about issues that matter to them. This can happen through a virtual space or over the phone. You don’t have to do life alone. Talktherapy is one way to navigate some of life’s challenges and get a different perspective.
Training/Certifications include: Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Collaborative Problem Solving, Emotion Focused Therapy, Accelerated Commitment Therapy, and many more. She has also completed the Brain Story Certification and Use of DSM in Mental Health through Bow Valley College.
