Post Traumatic Stress (PTS)

PTS is marked by uncontrollable, intrusive thoughts, memories, and emotions that can be deeply distressing. Effective therapy for PTS must address the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. This can be achieved through body-focused therapies such as Somatic Therapy, EMDR, and Hakomi, which work to release stored trauma and restore emotional balance.
